Up Close with Macros

Here are some cactus flowers I captured in my back yard.  It is hard to believe that such a prickly plant can have such beautiful flowers.

    I Love!! cactus flowers...When I was younger I didn't care for cactus at all... but when I was much older, for the few years I was able to have plants(2002-2009)I had a lot of them and they became my favorite plants of all. It was so special when I would get a rare flower! :)
